This past week we've had some high winds and, finally, some decent winter surf. These two things combined made for some great surf photography conditions. The north wind blows the spray back from the waves on the south shore to great dramatic effect. Add to that, the fact that the afternoon sun this time of year is at just the right angle to defract into colorful spraybows.
Some of these photos were taken in morning light, and others in the afternoon to capture the spraybow.
